I hate trying to remember stuff....

• Black and white as fore and background colours.
• Filter > Render > Clouds.
• Filter > Render > Plastic Wrap.
• Filter > Sketch > Chrome.
• Image > Adjustments > Color Balance. Played around with the settings to achieve colour.

  Plastic Wrap Settings
• Highlight Stength: 15
• Detail: 9
• Smoothness: 7

  Chrome Settings
• Detail: 0
• Smoothness: 10

I only remember the settings because I just made it like 2 minutes ago.
