get a $1,000,000 your first day of playing the game!

first you need a gt3 save for the extra 100,000 bucks, then you'll have 110,00 total.

go to the tuner room and get the opera performance 350Z, and buy med. compuond race tires, race exhaust, and stage 2 engine package. maybe the suspension if you want it. the tires are mandatory.

next go get as many of the license tests done as possible. this is an option part that will alow you yuo to race instead of your novice b-spec driver.

go do the z championship in the nissan hall, and get a feel for the car.

next do the japan championship and get the 350Z lm race car. with this car, you can complete all of those endurance races that require sports tires. this car is like the holy grail to me. it will complete the 24 hrs at the nurb, with sports med. tires and stage 3 turbo.do not get the stage 4 for it.

take this car to the special conditions events, win the coast di amilfi rally sell your winnings, and buy the mercedes SL55 amg. get this one the powerband is awesome. get the racing med. tires, and whatever performance upgrades you see fit and do the sl challenge in the mercedes showroom.

take the mercedes race car you win, and get the stage 2 turbos for it. take it over to the european events, and do the big touring car race with it. for the neww guys iwould do all of the races except the nurburgring, but make sure you win all the other races, this will allow you to win the championship easily. your winnings will be another mercedes race car and sell it.

you should now have close to $1,000,000 and a nice garage started. trust
me this plan works, it will take you a few hours, but it is the best way to start the game.

You need the IA license to enter the DTM anyway, so just use the Nismo 270R you get from that to do Costa di Amalfi. No need to import cash or do the Japan Championship or anything like that. After you buy a Merc and do the SL series, don't bother with the turbo; the Mercedes CLK Touring Car wins the DTM easily as is.

Even quicker way to get 1,000,000 is just do the Capri Rally four times.

...after which you have enough money to buy an overkill car for any series, but not any driving skills.

The first car I raced was the GranTurismo Skyline, yes, I admit it was overkill too, but I had had to work pretty damn hard to get it as it's a licence prize car. I could actually drive the cars after golding the licences.

Your way is not the best way, "best" in my opinion meaning the one that gets you the most experience, but the easiest one for the "I want everything now" people.

racecars are the most BORING cars in this game. they're too good. Let me ask you..which is more satisfying: Destroying your 500bhp, AWD opponents with 300bhp, rear-engined French car that was made in 70's, or passing 900bhp racecars in 1200bhp+ racecar that handles like it's on rails all the time? I'll always take the French car, because it was me who made it handle well, not some geeky engineers.

Don't forget whooping a Group C car with a GSX-R4. :)

hey don't rip on me, it's not like i'm cheating or saying that with all of the money you have to buy racecars, i'm just saying you have a couple already to do some races with.

to be honest my favrite car in the game isn't a race car it's my 1000+hp viper that runs 290 mph, and a quarter mile in the 7.30's man that thing is tons of fun.

is it easy to handle even on R3's? does it run 1'22s at Trial Mountain (Like the Alpine I was speaking of) or 1'20's like Lotus Elise? can it do constant fast laptimes on more technical courses? does it do everything you want it to do every time?

Driving in GT is more than just power and money. The way you told us is by no means cheating, but getting money like that doesn't make me feel satisfied since I did earn it with too little effort. But, each to his own, and I believe that sooner or later you will start searching more challenging way to make money than that. power and money matters most if you're doing endurances ( that wears out cars fast), top speed runs ( check the 300mph club.. these guys wear out cars faster than the endurances due constant driving at the limits ) or 1/4mile runs.

Making money fast is one way to make the playing experience bland. Earning it through hard work is more rewarding, since when you do something with earned money, it makes you appreciate it more.

just my 0.02 cents.

Playing GT4 is whatever you want it to be. Let alone already! He likes big power and ripping pixellated tarmac -s'good enough for me.

Welcome to the fray, nitro. Don't take us toooo seriously. I look forward to seeing you join the Weekly Race Series, see if we can get you a taste of the variety these guys are on about.

;)
