Get rid of pony trolls from the funny pic thread.

Is anybody else sick of the bronys (or pony trolls as i call them), the majority of the people who use the site don't think they are funny,more effort should be spent on posting properly funny pictures,not these unfunny wastes of space,i hope someone agrees with me on this. (p.s. sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but i want to make my feelings known),Famine,you should know better and stop troll feeding you ar supposed to police the site,noy be a pony troll,thank you.

I'm wondering how you came to the conclusion, that the majority of the people that use the site don't think they are funny. And the moderators and especially the admins have been chosen, because they will act in the way, that Jordan would in the situation, so I think, that if there was anything wrong with the pony pictures they would be deleted and forbidden by now, but in fact some mods enjoy the pictures.

I think ponies are the least of that thread's worries. Seems there is more 🤬 about people not posting (what they think) are funny pics. The whining started before the ponies arrived.

Also, like regular members, Famine is allowed to have his own opinions and voice them so long as they follow the AUP(which you may want to look at).

What is it about the Friendship is Magic Image Meme that you find so objectionable - so objectionable that you want the site owner to make a rule about it - where other image memes (XZibit, Rebecca Black, Philsoraptor, Me Gusta, Y U NO, Trolldad, CSI/Oh yeeeeeah, Socially Awkward Penguin, Courage Wolf) escape your wrath? Why that meme - and why do you think what you think is funny is the sole factor at play behind what gets posted in the Funny Pics Thread?

TL;DR, if you want the thread to not be loaded with Ponies, perhaps you could post things that are actually funny to negate it.

And you are right, I mostly went nuts because a few members wouldn't stop just whining, namely White & Nerdy not posting any pics for the majority of his posts.

I don't know. I haven't been around long enough, but when I first started posting on that thread, it was basically filled with memes. Maybe a couple actual funny pictures here and there.

Then again, even something as harmless as a puppy taking a crap can be turned into a meme by lots of crazies, and isn't that what defines a picture to be comedy, something meme-based?

and if one image can be re-subtitled more than a couple of times then I think it's a meme...

its not the picture that makes it funny.. it's the caption...
