I'm currently using a 06' S2000 which ia my main toy on the game, and I also have the 2002 turbo bmw :) and the amemiya rx7.

I am now wanting to try something different...... any suggestions????

Try out the Viper ACR, I love it at the moment, dont go past 600 HP though or it slides around like it has wheels made of butter!

'07 Mustang GT. It's premium, powerful, looks pretty fantastic and drifts like a penguin. It is quiet heavy but remarkably doesn't spin out very much compared to my other drift cars.

Well what are you into?

I like American cars so although I started with an S15 I have been quite enjoying a tuned Camaro SS '10. About 500HP (with supercharger) and lightened to the max it never feels like it runs out of steam. The gear ratios were bad though so I installed a 6spd close-ratio transmission and use one gear above what I think I should initiate in. The supercharger allows me to have enough power in the higher gear to do what I need to.

Other than that I have a Lexus LFA that I drift stock with comfort tires but it feels a bit weird, kind of like the power is too peaky and the gear ratios aren't really that good for drifting.

Thinking about getting a Z06 or ZR1 plus the previous generation Viper to add to the collection.

Wats up guys I dont mean to hijack this thread or anything but Im coming from Forza 3 and I was VERY good on FM3. I used a wheel on that game and on this one and for some reason it feels like when ever i get sideways the car just wants to weight transfer back and completely spins around

Because GT5 is "the real driving simulator." You sound like you need to sountersteer a bit earlier and when you catch it, modulate your throttle.

Now to the OP- I highly suggest a Nismo 270R from the used lot or a BMW M5 from the premium. The M5 is a bit heavy, so do all weight reductions, put comfort hard tires on, fully customizable suspension and a twin disk clutch; then you're ready to tango! Here's a base tune for that car- Camber (both) 3.5/ Ride height (front and back) -15/ Spring rates (Front, then back) 8.5-11.5/antiroll bar (front, then back) 4-7. Try this out and report back...I would like to know if this helped :)

cool thanks man. also is there any way to get the wheel to go 270 degres rather than 900. also do u think u could help me with the tuning. Because it seems that the tuning on this game and on forza are completely different.
