Getting an error when trying to share replays

I have been trying to upload replays from a couple of days now and it alwyas give me an error message. Before i could still share them even after receiving this message. Whoever download the file would have to try it twice to work.

Now it's not working at all. I get the same message error but the replay wont be shared. I can upload/share photos, liveries, decals, everything but replays work.

Anyone can help me with that?
