Getting to Silverstone

Hi I'm just wondering how exactly do you qualify for Silverstone? I know that only round 8-5 will count. I'm from the UK, so what do I have to do? Set a top 16 time from UK and Ireland or a top 16 time from the EU region?? Thanks, The Watcher

Thank you, but I'm a bit stupid and don't understand. Do I need to set a top 16 time out of all the EU regions? Or out of the UK/IRELAND area to qualify for the next round?
