I decided to try this out and im finding it most useful, since im usually trying hard to concentrate and i have music on while im driving, i cannot hear the engine much,i usually miss a shift or so.

So here i present my Ghetto Tacho :P

hahaha or you could use the bonnet view which gives a much more accurate and easier to read tacho already?

But nice idea!;)

No..i use Simplified Hud so it always remains like that no matter what view :D and thanks.

Actually, simplified HUD doesn't change the tachometer. Having the steering display on does, however, changing the tach and speedo to those used in the chase cam on all views.

Kinda useless looking, but kudos to you if it helps. Sadly my 7 inch screen seems to show detail better than that. I use the second cam view. Which is, I think the bulletcam//bonnet view. Gives me a better sense of where my redline is and allows me to stay in it longer.

Sweet, you even removed the TV manufacturer's logo, and removed the unnecessary weight of a volume/channel button cover!

Form over function.
