Hello. I've been away from this forum for a very long time; and have recently stopped back in to read some tips/advice now that I'm immersed in GT5.
If this question has been answered elsewhere I apologize, and would you be so kind as to please direct me to it.
First question: I'm wondering if there's a list of the possible cars one can get from the Gift Car tickets that are won from completing an entire difficulty. For instance, once you've completed all the beginner races, you're given a ticket that is redeemable for a LV 5 Class car. I've heard people say that the cars you get for these Gift Tickets are randomly chosen (from a small set). Has anyone compiled a list of the cars that can potentially be gotten from these?
Second related question:
In other Gran Turismo games, if you didn't like the car you got as a prize for such a thing like this, one might reset the game (without saving), race that last race over, and roll the dice at trying to get the car you want. And repeat this process until you get what you want (I'm sure most of us have done this before). You know... for rewards that the game only gives once; its not cool having to suffer with your hard work of a win being rewarded with a ridiculous 1950's old historical car with 23hp, instead of a 500hp Italian supercar that was part of that same random reward set. Ummm... NO! (reset without saving, and try again)
So is there a way to do this for these Gift Reward Tickets? Meaning... redeem the ticket, and if I don't like what I got then quit without saving, restart, and rinse & repeat this process till you get the car you want. And if there is a way to do this, how do I turn off the autosave to facilitate that procedure?
