Glitch in Photo Mode?

No matter what track, what car. For some reason sometimes I try to take a close up picture and if my preview screen the car is leveled and straight, my after photo is at another angle more to the left/right. Anyone else getting this I will upload the shot.

Don't get me started. Sometimes the photo taken isn't even pointing in the same direction as I was aiming LOL

I've notice this too...It normally happens when you initiate the photo when too close to the car... I normally have to initiate the photomode when farther away, then zoom in to get the desired effect...

I had a glitch at SSR7 in replay photomode where only in the live view, the track was pink around the loop that is near the end of the lap. In pictures, it was fine though. I wanted some pics to prove it but it was only doing it in the live view.

Anyone else annoyed because they can't fully zoom in? Sometimes when I try it there's this big stupid red youcantdothathere sign right in the middle of the screen and it tells me take some distance. Really annoying for close up shots.
You can 'walk' towards the car and mess around with zoom levels, but it doesn't really help. And it doesn't always happen so there's not really an explanation for it either.

Although the problem in this thread happens to me too, I can live with that. Just thought I'd see if I'm the only one struggling with the zooming issue? Really hope PD is going to fix both problems in the future.

I've only encountered that with standard cars - As far as I know it's there to stop people taking horrible pixelated pictures of them 👍

Ah, that makes sense. That also explains why I can't take close-up shots of my premium cars overtaking standards unfortunately. Most of them don't look that bad.

I had this happen to me today, was trying to get a backfire and the photo would end up being alongside the car instead of on the rear. Very odd, not happened before!

I think a way to get around the problem with the end result not being the same angle as the original shot is to go into camera options by pressing triangle, and setting "Panning Mode" to #2. I have no idea what that means, but I think it works.

yes it's all about "PANNING mode" try Mode3... You can take a look at Manual... I'm using GT5 in Turkish ... I don't know how is it translated in English... Manual or Guide or Instructions... the Yellow button i think... Check that about Photo Mode...There is an graphical explanation about "PANNING"

Turn the shutter speed up. The lower the number after the 1/xx, the longer the shutter, ei longer panning blur.
