Good alternative to a stress ball

I need one really bad right now but I don't have one and its too late for a store. What are some good alternatives, maybe you've used something. It is there another way to get out your anger?
 
Music baby. Music and working out will rid of all your stress. And when I say music nothing calm.. I'm talking ear bleeding riffs, blast beats and violent lyrics. 👍


5 times a week I do this and its made me a better person.

Go work out, then. Take out your frustration on some dumbbells. You'll be calm and sexified. Chicks dig that.

I used to smoke, but not I just chew gum to calm myself down. At one point it was getting bad, I was chewing like 3 packs of gum a day :lol:.

I don't even smoke and if I had the chance I'd have that amount of gum :scared:
 
I find gaming is the best stress reliever because its simply takes your mind of whatever your thinking & replaces it with game stress, Poker is a prime example.

Alternativley thrash a car around a bit and you should start feeling better.

There's no way you can fit in a bathtub with another person.
 
Get out on your bike and go for a ride, or alternatively go for a run.
 
1. Create a playlist of favourite music, mix it with angry music and softer relaxing music and your current day to day listening tracks.

2. Put playlist onto device (iPod, etc).

3. Put playlist on shuffle

4. Go out for a walk and leave EVERYTHING behind you. Just you, your clothes, and listening device. Let the music take the pain off you. Just make sure you know where your walking, I cannot be held responsible if you end up in the rear end of nowhere!

I mean punching your bed or pillow

Take anger out on sibling

Eat lollies, then you'll go hypo and then sky (floor) rocket down to sanity

Go crazy, violently shake head, flail arms around and shout, for 30 seconds

My personal choice: Listen to Tom Petty's new album, or Foo Fighter's In your Honour disc II (the acoustic one)
