While a 4'45 video with no explanation in a duplicate thread of one you made two weeks ago is... its own issue, you have noticed that you're in different cars, right?

Try it again but with everyone in the same stock vehicle - and also turn slipstream off (despite you saying "it doesn't work" in the video, it clearly does). Also show the lobby settings; we've no idea what the settings are here.

No one said anything about you lying or not believing, also it doesnt actually matter which language setup you choose as the user interface is always identical in its layout. Boost is at the same position as well as the options you can select.

All we tell you is: by your videos it is not possible to identify whether boost is not working or not activated.
For a test you have to inform all who are concerned about the setup and remove as many variables as possible to make the result as accurate as possible.
