It still says its not available in my country, but there are other people on iOS making tracks. Why do we have a delay?

I'd say so.
So far I tried changing my device build.prop into so many different high end tablets, even the Shield. Even running different VPNs from many different countries and it's unavailable in all of them.

Plus the downloads/ratings are stuck in the same number for a quite while already.

We should give it a while. In the coming days or weeks or months compatibility for the Android version will probably be resolved and there shouldn't be any more problems of it not being available for seemingly any tablet or emulator.

It says 1 download and 9 ratings all 5/5, probably PD staff lol

Because Google.

It's literally that simple. Notice how you cannot search the app out on the Play Store, but there's a page there if someone directly links to it?

Android users may not see the app in Google Play due to compatibility issues with the device. My Note 10.1 2014 can't see it in the Google Play app for this reason. Basically if your device wasn't listed as a compatible device in the app, then you won't see it. Quick test is to go to the Google Play website and try to get it from there.

Furthermore, notice that if you do get linked to it, it only has ONE download?

You can't see it because it isn't there to download.

But if its incapatible, why are there 2 different messages? One for device and one for country?

I can search the app on the play store on my dad's tablet just fine and yet it says it isn't available for my country. Wasn't it already mentioned that it would be available world wide sometime later on? I'm really dying to check out the Course Maker.

I don't know - I'm not Google (despite many claims to the contrary). But as soon as the app was made available in the app store, both error messages disappeared and everyone who was complaining about either was suddenly able to download with no problems.

As far as I'm aware it went live 2.5 hours ago.
