Got car out of storage today

Finally got the monte out of storage it's a 1980 Monte Carlo with a 350 in it 4:10 gears and a th350 trans I ordered a new air cleaner today so once that gets here ill start driving it again everyday and enjoying 10 mpg with the gas prices

Nice! 👍 I love those! Everyone around here that owns them are idiots though, they either put giant rims on them or don't take care of them. One guy had one and thought he was all that and a bag of chips. He apparently needed engine oil (we were at a gas station) so he went in and bought transmission fluid obviously... He started pouring the transmission fluid into the engine and it all just came right back out. It's hard to explain but watching him was funny. He drove away with no oil and transmission fluid all over the ground.

Haha, I know, right? Just yesterday I seen a lime green lifted Impala on 40" (not joking) rims with hydraulics at Chuck E. Cheese or however it's spelled. I wish people with that kind of taste in cars wouldn't mess with the classics.

And that's good that you've made it into a hot rod, do you know how much power it's making? Or at least an estimate? One more question: what exhausts are you using?

I'm guessing its makin about 280hp and 350ftlbs and I'm using headers true duals and dyno max super turbo mufflers
