Hi all,
Finally got round to signing up to gtplanet! Been playing Gran Turismo from way back when on the original PlayStation, and sold my Xbox to get a PS3 when GT5 came out.
I'm not a tuner or even a particularly good racer, but I love cars so GT is heaven for me, especially when I'm feeling low.
I really want to start taking racing seriously though and build up the courage to get online and start really learning how to race against real people!
Plus I want to learn about tuning so I can actually know what tweaks to make myself rather than just having a big blow-out on upgrades and not really knowing what to do with them. I think not having the know-how is the biggest frustration to me as I know I could get so much more out of the game.
I have a Logitech Driving Force GT but don't really have anywhere to put it as we are living with the in-laws and don't have a lot of room, so I use a DS3 99.9% of the time.
So yeah, I'm here to have a good time and get involved where I can and learn as much as possible.
Peace out.
