What are the differences between the two, PAL and NTSC versions can anyone tell me? So PAL got on shelves much later but I don't know about the differences are the physics tuned up, or maybe more cars in PAL?
I'm sorry if it's a bit old, and if you know where I can find out detailed info on this just pinpoint me.

I believe that the guide has it in the game's summary, as well as different bugs between the versions. It is mainly these and badge differences (i.e.: Opel and Vauxhall) that seperate them.

PAL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pal

NTSC: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC

Basically, PAL is the viewing system used mainly in Europe, while NTSC is for some parts of America and some of Asia. PAL games usually take a longer time to come out because they have to be translated into multiple languages, whereas NTSC are usually in English or Japanese, depending on the regions. The amount of cars from one region to the next depend mainly on regional laws, data space and allowances... although someone could probably clarify that much further.

wow... The Wiki. Thanks a bunch. I know what are the differences between the standards PAL and NTSC. I thought the games have more differences than that, like more, or different cars in PAL, or NTSC for example. :)

GT4 PAL had like 20 more cars than the NTSC version... like the Chaparral, I think. The Korean version of GT4 incidentally, has about 10 more cars than the PAL version as well... the internal GTP Wiki might have info on that.-
