Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec NTSC Freeze License Timer

Hi everyone, I am having difficult time to finish A-6 License. Is there any way to freeze license timer? I have googled several times and the codes I googled are not working. I have NTSC copy. Thanks!

So use those videos to look at lines, speeds.
