Gran Turismo 350Z RS @ tuned

Hello, im searched for setup, but without success. Maybe someone can help me I tuned this car to the max and in few days I will race it on Laguna Seca. With stock setup i can manage times arround 1:24.2XX

Can somebody help me to tune it for better times? (1:22.XXX)
