Gran Turismo 4: Any tips on licenses?

Some of the license tests are hard. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS FOR ME! Mostly the IB license. I REALLY want to get into the Corvette Festival.

Also, I want to get into the Supercar Festival to show them who's boss!
