Here is the code (It's a codebreaker v7.0+, if you wish to convert to other cheat systems use omniconvet)

There was a youtuber a few years back that posted a video showing a codebreaker code that places the camera inside the car so it can simulate cockpit view. The code worked fine (only in arcade mode though) and I was going to play again today since I have not played it since for ever. The only problem is that I accidenlty deleted the cheats file. I have tried to find the video but it seems that the channel or video was deleted. I was wondering if anyone might of had the codebreaker code.

All convertibles have quality modeled cockpit, it would be nice to see what kind of experience we would get with camera placed inside. Good luck with the project, I really hope the other code will work!

^ Excellent video, the interior looks way better than one found in standard cars of GT5/6. And it seems the game runs without slowing down, I wonder how come they couldn't achieve the same result with convertibles in GT5/6, the PS3 programming must have been really hard.

I'm sure convertibles would have been much popular choice in GT4 if they introduced that camera in proper position with usual rear-view mirror - obviously it can be done! Maybe GT7 will deliver such cockpits for all standard cars.

Found the code in one of my mp3 players that I used on the PS2 .It finally works!!!(Except in career mode races, bummer)

Here is some bad footage of it in action since I have no screen capture device and no stable spot for the camera. There isn't much sound other than the game and my lovebirds so I recommend muting.

^ Ha, those interiors look better than on GT5's standards. I love how camera goes forwards and backwards when accelerating or decelerating, good for adrenaline pumping.

Great videos @Ayepocalypse , if you find some time and you're eager to do it, post few more videos of different cars (kei cars, big saloons, Le Mans Group C, etc.), it would be interesting to see how various interiors work. :)

Will the codes work on B-spec mode? That way you wouldn't need to worry about driving. :)

Anyway, this is great, really fun to watch!

Does not look like it works in B-Spec or replay. I also have not yet posted videos because I've been a little sick. I will try to post some more on Monday.

Sorry for being a little late but here are two more.

These are probably my last videos for a while. My sibling got me Forza 6 for my B-day and I just can't put it down. (1000x better than Forza 5. I can scroll through the list without seeing DLC after every other car :)) Also the fact that they are low quailty since I don't have a good setup.

Took me a while to realise that was a bird chirping in the videos. I thought it was a steering wheel.
This is amazing man, too bad the cockpit camera isn't centred on the driver seat.

I uploaded a pnach file for use with the PCSX2 Emulator that has the Master Code(NTSC), cockpit view, and disabled rearview mirror. Also I'm going to be posting a new video soon in HD.

Thanks for sharing! Surprised to see detailed interiors on some of those cars while GT5 and 6 didn't have them. Whenever I play GT4 again I will give it a try for sure! The hacker that made those codes, I happen to know him pretty well and he makes a lot great codes for various games.
