Not really sure what to say except whatever that is there is no way newegg would know the release date of an unannounced game. So that is placeholder, who knows what else is, ie the platform.

Probably just a "fill-in (placeholder?)" date. Online gameshops often use those, for unannounced games, here in Denmark. As an example, one shop had GTA V listed for release on December 31st, 2012, which is clearly not true. Is that a confirmation? No.

Means they're not selling pre-orders, it won't let you. It doesn't list a price, I feel that this was a careless mistake by a NewEgg employee.

I clicked at around 3:10 and it was listed as discontinued. I'll take a screen shot and post.

So yes it certainly seems someone at newegg has realised this wasn't meant to be there after the news outlets picked up on it today. Why it wasn't meant to be there, who knows.

Good find, I almost did that. I was actually on NewEgg earlier looking at Ultrabook reviews. But the GT6 wasn't on the main page or trending areas. Funny that the first time in over a year I've looked at NewEgg, this surfaces. But really, it took all of us that long?
