Not harder than GT5 but I am disappointed about the same images as GT5.

No trophies linked to any special events, unless they are going to appear in the same patch that unlocks all the special events. Except the lunar rover stuff, but I was thinking more along the lines of X2010, AMG and Grand Tour trophies.

My thoughts exactly. I'm also worried by the 5 seconds clear on a license test gold time one and by the one of winning while running out of fuel. Either license tests are going to be too easy or the trophy is alien only. And the other one is just a matter of luck...

Maybe you have to set the difficulty on Easy in order to do it (or whatever the lowest difficulty is).

You misread that, surely. It said 0.5 - so half a second, like in the title.

No-one is expected to get 5 seconds clear of a Gold time in a license test for a trophy, certain tests even Aliens can't manage that.

Ooops, my mistake then! Well, .5 is hard but still doable. Still, imagine finishing an endurance race, just burning the last fumes of fuel and...losing the race a corner until the end because you ran out of juice trying to earn a trophy .

There's trophies for bumping into things . They've always been training and promoting clean driving, now this!!

Anyway, the list looks decent.

Yeah 1% or less? Firstly how you gonna estimate that, secondly that would be a total 🤬 if you finished a race with just the red slither left of fuel, but it didn't count, because it wasn't 1%.

I've come very close (-90 PP or so) in GT5. Dream Car Championship Special Event, 1 lap Nurburgring Nordschleife, with the Peugeot 908 HDI LMP car. Added 160kg ballast, way down on power, around 530hp I believe, and it's not entirely difficult to catch up. I may not be exact with all these numbers, but in that ballpark. Been able to put in a 6:08 or so with this kind of setup. Can probably get it near 6 min,which means i can drop the PP even more. Jaguar XJR9 finishes around 6:18

Just require a little luck. I've actually done both in the last three days on GT5. Ran a lap at Suzuka that ended in .000 and won a race at Daytona SS with a margin of .008

To be fair, the close finish one isn't luck based. With broadly similar, fast cars on one of the ovals, it's not overly difficult to manufacture a photo finish

The best I had so far in GT5 was 0.002.

No idea what I was thinking, but I actually got that trophy...


No bad intentions, I simply couldn't remember doing it. Most likely because it happened randomly.
Still, I don't like that trophy.
