Gran Turismo 6 Update Installation Error?

Anybody?? Happened 8 times now - can't get things downloaded to GT6...... pls see attached. Begging for some valuable help here....... Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

No, use the search button at the top right hand side of this page and type, GT6 update issues there is a lot of information about your problem.

But you need to be connected to your PSN account ....

You don't as far as I know. PSN is only required for the online portion of the game.

Good morning - once again appreciate your valuable help and support - UNFORTUNATELY my PS3 looks to be unhappy with the GT6 I bought from the PSN store - not able to install..... it continues in a loop of errors and failed messages...???? Pls see attached - anybody know anything more to do here? 3 days and no more progress>>> slightly frustrated.....

The fact you have both GT6 on disk and the digital download may be causing some conflict. I suggest erasing the GT6 data from the Game data folder, and from games if the game downloaded. Then start the download over again
It took over 14 hours for GT6 to download and update for me.

WOW - good idea LM7325! Yes I have two separate CD's from two GT6 purchases and 1 that I bought from the PSV store - one of the disks and the one I bought from the PSN store are not working with me and they both quit after approx 2,5 hrs. The 2nd CD is working normal as I click NO on question if I want to install to upgraded software....
