No, getting nothing would be named as "worse update"
What’s all this nonsense? Make sense people. No new content is necessarily bad content…

I'd take that 😬🤷♂️Ah yes! The Toyota C-HR Gr4
Not just another Civic, but more hatches. PD adding any three-box design cars are far between drinks. No new content is necessarily bad content, but I am disappointed and don't really care for any of these cars. Will collect, of course, but am still waiting for and wondering why no C5 Corvette?????? Another Civic? Really?
Oh well.
I'm expecting it to be well north of that, considering the post-launch (and real-world) McLaren MP4/4 debuted at 8,000,000 Cr. and currently sits at 12,000,000 Cr. In fact, I'm expecting it to beat the highest-priced Brand Central car, the (post-launch) Aston Martin Valkyrie and its 4,000,000-Cr. price.Oh man I can’t wait for Thursday! 😄 Haven’t yet saved enough credits to buy a full grid of F3500-A’s (assuming they’re 1.000.000 each), but enough to fill a decent field of cars 😊 Hopefully I’ll be able to recreate (partly) the 1992 grid.
Still have a few hundred from the Extra Menu glitch?Engine selling, Kazunori, we need that more than a fake F1 car or a crapbox civic from the '80s.
You guys say this every update.Considering the 3 months long wait, this is the worst update ever imho
We don't know that yet. We know for sure in a few days. That said there may not be a new trackNo new tracks….yeah…
I am so tired of these pointless updates with useless cars (although I do look forward to the F-3500). We need new GT3/GT4, LMH/LMdH, new tracks like Imola, Singapore, etc. At this point, GT7 risks being relegated to obsolescence by the likes of ACE.This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:
Gran Turismo 7’s January 2025 Update is Coming Next Week
It’s been a quiet few weeks for news on the next game update for Gran Turismo 7, but we now have confirmation that it’ll be landing on consoles this coming week — most likely on Thursday 30th January...
That won’t happen. What will, hopefully, happen are if ACE comes out for console, players that are only stuck on GT or Forza will begin have an appreciation for other car games. This would be beneficial to the car gaming industry and overall car enthusiasm.I am so tired of these pointless updates with useless cars (although I do look forward to the F-3500). Joins online community. Ah, this is a perfect place to be self-absorbed.New update, MOAAR people on my ignore list!
Nope. That CANNOT be a C-HR. If it is....you've got to be KIDDING ME
“I think it’s because they take it for granted that car culture will continue into the future,” he comments. Noting requests for cars like the Toyota Chaser and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV, he states “If you do [only] that, it will probably end, easily. It is not connected to the future at all,” adding “if all you want is old cars that’s fine, but that will never last.”
With that in mind, Yamauchi also reflects on the changing face of motoring today. “The types of cars are changing a lot… In the past, car enthusiasts drove sports cars… Nowadays, car enthusiasts often drive SUVs… I think we have to cover such cars.”
I do. But even if I didn't I'd still be advocating for selling engines. It seems like such a basic QoL feature at this point. They gave us buyable engine swaps at level 50, why not the sellable engines too?Still have a few hundred from the Extra Menu glitch?
I like the fact that this article is the one in which we reference Yamauchi's comments that every time there's an update, people comment what things - usually cars - they'd like to see instead of the ones that are in the update.Nope.
Like war, GTPlanet never changes.I like the fact that this article is the one in which we reference Yamauchi's comments that every time there's an update, people comment what things - usually cars - they'd like to see instead of the ones that are in the update.
And here we are, two years later and... yeah.
Oh it's not here. Just check out the responses on Twitter, if you dare/want.Like war, GTPlanet never changes.
That was pointed out. It appears to be a Civic EF3 SiR. The bumper is extended and the bumper lights wrap around. The middle part of the bonnet of what people think is a civic looks higher than the sides wich is the opposite of the civic, the civic's middle part was lower! Also the extension between the headlight and the bumper is something the civic doesn't have!
Pretty much every line-up from every manufacturer has many glaring omissions... they can't add everything. Not really related to this update but does anyone know why the Ferrari line-up in GT7 lacks the 360 and F355? Does someone else hold an exclusive licence? Just seems to be a glaring omission that I hope is resolved each time there’s an update.
