"Gran Turismo Racing Pack" only for Japan?

I am a little confused with where this bundle will be released.

Some sources, such as : http://playstation.joystiq.com/2009/08/18/japan-to-get-limited-edition-gran-turismo-psp-bundle?icid=sphere_blogsmith_inpage_joystiqplaystation, say that the bundle will only come out in Japan, where http://www.siliconera.com/2009/08/18/sony-europe-big-on-psp-3000-bundles/ says that Europe will get the pack.

I would really like one of these PSP's, but importing one from Japan will be expensive.

Does anyone know if the pack is coming to Europe for sure?
