What time did you race yesterday? The fact you have "US" in your username I am going to assume you're from outside of the States. Depending on the time (locally to us) odds are not a lot of people were racing as it was on a Wed and most people are working during the daytime slots.

That could be the reason for the wider DR gap between the players.
Yeah, that was one of the last (second to last?) US slots (late night here in Europe).
Tried two earlier slots, but got "Unexpected error" message during quali and out of the lobby (seemed like PSN had some hiccups).

C/S raced 3 times 7-9. 1st race first lap, first corner blew my brake marker, pulled out of the line, and tried not to take anybody out! Settled in and started to come back to 9th got rear ended, down to last, and worked my way up to 14th with 5 laps to go! 13th place kept punting me, finished last.

2nd race, started 9th, got punted, at the 1st chicane finished 13th..... Uneventful!

3rd race started 7th, a lot of them blew the 1st corner, and settled into 3rd, surpa ran wide under steering into the corner, seems like nobody was managing tires, and was able to keep my place, last lap, I'd got close to 2nd, but he was struggling to hold his line! I just settled in and brought home a 3rd place finish!

I've noticed that a lot of cars, was hurting in the later stages of the race. Seems like the 911 got better the longer the race went! I didn't expect much, from this race, as I was in the lower lobbies! I'm stoked for the finish! Hopefully I can keep this going into the next race!

I did some laps at Tokyo earlier today. It looks like pace is going to be an issue for me in the Mitsubishi again. The best I'm able to get out it is low 1:57s. 1:56s might be possible, but I'm guessing I need to be in the 1:55s to be anywhere competitive. I suppose I shouldn't be to surprised. Oh well. I can enjoy driving the track even if I'm slow there.

I think 56's low 57's will be just fine for race pace unless your in A to A+. I was managing mid to low 55's in the Porsche, but I'm in alien splits, so I have no choice but to rag the car as much possible. If you can finish your race around the 30 min mark then you should be OK for pace.

Did a few laps in the Audi and Alfa yesterday. Best time was the Audi with a 54.8, but I only gave the Alfa like three laps so hard to compare (don't expect it to be good anyway). Going to give the Acura some laps today and see how it compares.

Managed to get the Corvette down to a 1:54.9 in free practice, but I'll likely be shaving off thousandths at most if I do manage to improve from here. That feels like my absolute limit.

Fingers crossed that should be very, very strong pace for the ~260-270 point range... 🫰

I hope this is okay to post here?

I wish I had gone with the 911 now 🙁

PD haven't left themselves much wriggle room if they're modifying the BoP that late.

Imagine if another Ford GT Test Car situation happens...
Assuming (dangerous I know) an update on the usual schedule that would be on Thursday 27th. The official GTWS season starts on 2nd April so they'd have a few days to sort out any major issues and deploy a fix.

But why to do another BoP change so close to the new tournament?
There isn’t time enough to try the different cars and make a satisfying choice…

By the way… what was the “Ford GT Test car situation” ?
Not at you but this is part of the irony....if they actually did the bop right it shouldn't matter just pick your fav drivetrain or brand...

But as we know...some supras/porsches are made better than others

To be fair we get to pick a Manu before every season?
Yes.

If I recall, it's like they forgot to BoP that car. All cars would enter the race under BoP conditions but the Ford GT Test didn't get BoP'ed so it had way more power than everything else.
