Title: I was fast enough
My car show number 13... so my expectations weren't so high.
As usual remained in the box with all the drivers leaving... I will have less laps available.. but I want to be alone as much as possible.
Qualify lap: 2:01:4xx... I am the fastest and qualified P1

...and now my conservative strategy? OMG... I have to start with soft tires and pray...
Increadbly the approach of T1 and T2 were quite good, none reached me so I wasn't punted... yuhuuuu
I keep going, not watching timing neither gaps.. just driving and best concentration...
After some laps I recognized that none was overtaking me and the German 911 was at 0.8s gap behind.
At lap 6 the German spin and went on gravel before the hairpin and now my new competitor is over 3 seconds behind.
Change tires at lap 7? 8?... what shall I do?
I am lapping stable at 2:03:xx and none is pitting behind me... I will be in traffic... my race is gone...
Pit at end of lap 8 and back on track in P4 with an orange Mercedes in front of me at 2.5 sec and someone behind me at 3 sec gap.
This situation didn't changed until lap 12-13 when the drivers in RM changed tires and I climbed again at the first position...
Again I entered in the robot mood... just checking timing before the hairpin and on the finish line... what happening to the other drivers no idea...
Lap over lap I understand that none is reaching me and the second place is 5 sec behind me and not gaining... (how is it possible?)
Finally on the screen the message... LAST LAP... and cross the line at P1... at Suzuka...


I got 50 points for the championship and gained 2701 points for my DR... and now I am back at B level... 🥳🥳🥳
This manufacturer cup will also bring 5 mio credits !!!
Still a lot to learn... but for the time being really happy !!!
