This is a few clips from my second race yesterday. I'm curious to see what other people think of the initial contact in the tunnel. When it happened I thought he had slid out then overcompensated and tried to cut me off as I went up the inside, but watching it back from the replay and from both our perspectives I got less sure each time.
The rest of the clip is just the general shambles that followed. If anyone has any suggestions for how to manage the pit lane exit when there are other cars I'd love to hear that too.
For the first contact I honestly don't think the Ford did anything wrong other than than take a bad line into the corner so I think the contact was just unfortunate.
The next corner does look like there was some revenge intent by the Ford (might be wrong but looks that way).
The sector 1 pile up is a glowing example of how bad the pit exit is. I'd guess the Ford felt like they'd cleared you and took their normal line but unfortunately you were still there. Who should yield in that scenario (if anyone) I really don't know. The yellow Porsche seemed completely clueless about was unfolding in front of them and did absolutely nothing to avoid it, which was kinda hilarious.
