:yuck::yuck::yuck::yuck:

Grand Valley is my least favorite track. And I had to basically just lap these slow cars in my Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II. The only thing I enjoyed about the race was listening to the Ford GT rumble!:sly:

Grand Valley grows on you! There is a LOT of challenge to it. My least favorite is Tsukuba. Can't stand the insidious double V. Almos as bad as a Nascar oval.

I ran it with GTR RM. Great fun. The fun about lapping is that it gives you multiple in-race traffic. Keeps you awake.

I wish this Enduro was a little more interesting... a 60 laps race on stock cars isn't exactly fun for me... :guilty:

I ran it in a fully modded MINOLTA 88C-V. Kind of boring really, except for when the rear tires wore out and it tried to kill me. I would have used an F40, but I didn't have the time. Oh well...

Stock Silvia Spec-R Aero (S15) '02, won by just over 20 seconds over the second place NSX, great race.

I used a stock Ferrari 512BB '76 with RH tyres. Turned out to be too easy as I won by 1.5 Laps. With stock tyres it might have been a better race.

stock 250hp FD RX-7
soft sport tyres (same as AI)
won by 1.5 laps
needed the nsx type r in the race to make it more interesting though
side note, RX-7 106 litres fuel , x2010 265 litres of fuel

i really like grand valley >.<

actually, grand valley reverse in FGT or Ferrari F1 cars is super fun (GV east is awesome too)

i did th enduro in a slightly tuned civic type R (new one) and was mildly startled by how much less tire life an FF had versus all those FR/MR cars :C

still won anyway though :D

Did it today with the Nissan GT-R V-spec (completely stock) tuned down to about 60% of its normal power (PP was 460). Got 2nd, but I started at Sport Hard tyres (doing 2:15-2:18 lap times), then switched to Sport Softs on lap 20 (doing 2:10-2:12 lap times; my fastest lap was 2:09.555 in the 59th lap I think, hehe), already trailing by almost a minute to the leading Honda NSX R, caught up a bit but had to stop 2 more times, whereas he only pitted twice during the race (I pitted three times). Hoped Sports Medium would last longer but they didn't, haha. Did lap times of around 2:13 with these.:) Finished about 24 seconds behind him in second. Good and nice race, if I would have started at Sport Softs I would have won I think.

Anyone else used a car of around 460 PP that was completely stock? Would like to see whether my lap times are okay or not, compared to others who did it.:)

i did it in x1.

You're doing it wrong....

That's how it should be done. 👍

There's no way you can claim it's boring when you eliminate any competition with an over powered car.

Ok,how about a 98hp Suzuki GSX Concept R/4 '01 with 446pp...Fastest lap was 2:07.3xx and won by over 4 laps...I've done some preliminary laps at G.V. and at Laguna Seca with 90hp and 435pp and should win as well with that set-up...
Oh and I used the first tune for the Laguna 200mi race as well and won with ease...
That car is just too much fun. You'll get smoked on the long straight at G.V. but you'll destroy them in the twisty bits!..👍

I did this race a while back just to get it over with, but after Wednesday's 4 hours a Nurburgring I was looking for a shorter endurance decided to run this again last night.

Rather than use something ridiculously overpowered I chose a brand new NSX-R 02 from the Dealership in a very nice Midnight Purple colour.

I did get some Sports Soft tyre though as I wasn't convinced I'd manage it on Hards.

As soon as we started I thought it was going to be too easy, the NSX was way faster than the opposition and I quickly took the lead, looked like I was going to be miles ahead so I wasn't trying hard with a couple of slowish laps and then noticed the gap times were coming down quickly.

Sure enough a red NSX was soon on my tail about 2 seconds back, around lap 17 my lap times were slipping a lot and I pitted for new tyres (SS again).

The red NSX didn't stop and I was chasing him for 10 laps or so and catching him pretty well. He pitted around lap 28 and I was back in the lead.

I knew I would have to stop again so I was trying to conserve the tyres and not lose too much time. It wasn't clear if he was going to pit again or not and I stopped at the end of lap 38 for more tyres and 10 litres of fuel.

He was now about 40 seconds in the lead and I starting to reel him in and it looked like I would catch him near the end although we'd both be on old tyres at that point.

There was a few laps when I thought he must pit as it would then be easier for him to catch me and probably win, but no, he kept going until lap 54 by which time I was well ahead.

So a reasonably easy drive to the end then, he was catching me pretty quickly but ran out of laps.

Finished first after 2 hours 20 mins with me 22 seconds ahead.

I was expecting car to look pretty battered and dirtyafter that as I had had a few offs and hit the wall a couple of times, but looking at the replay there was only a loose bumper and no dirty marks.

All in all, a good race and one I might do again with the NSX and SH tyres.

I'd recommend the NSX to anyone who wants to do this race as it's a great drive.

Just finished this with a stock Toyota MR-2 G-Limited '97 (2nd Gen) on SS tires.

Very fun race with a margin of victory around 8 seconds after 60 laps.

The first time I did it I used a completely stock Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STI '10. Lost to the Subaru Impreza '04 (rabbit car) by less than a second, I would've won if my tyres hadn't been worned out and didn't made me mistake the 1st turn on the last lap.
The second time I used the X2010 because I just wanted the money  But I'm currently going to try it a third time when I get my hand on the MR2 GT-S '97 or the MR-S Spyder '02.
