The Griffith 600 is the final car built by Griffith Motorcars before it closed down in 1967. As TVR bodies were no longer available, Jack Griffith partnered with Frank & Paul Reisner of Carrozzeria Intermeccanica to produce a steel bodied sports car. The body was designed by former GM Designer Robert Cumberford. The car was originally intended to have a Ford drivetrain but supply difficulties forced Griffith to find an alternative, and it was decided to use a Plymouth Commando 273. It is thought that 10 cars were produced but, according to Paul Reisner, Carrozzeria Intermeccanica only supplied 6 cars to Griffith before they shut down.
