The Warning and Penalty System will be used throughout the series;
- Every Driver will be warned on first instance for every incident unless the initial incident is severe enough to heavily affect another Driver during any session.
- If a Driver receives four warnings over the course of a season they will be asked to stay in the Pit Lane during Qualifying for the next Event. This is to make sure they start from the rear of the field but without losing out on having a chance at receiving points.
- If a Driver receives a further three warnings, points gained at the next Event will not be counted towards their Championship tally.
- If a Driver then receives yet another three warnings over the season, they will not be allowed to participate in the next Event and may have to book another Driver Grading session before entering their next Event. If a Driver does not complete another Grading, they will not be permitted to enter any upcoming Events until they complete it.
- If a Driver manages to achieve a total of eleven warnings (another warning after Event exclusion), they will be placed on probation and will most likely lose their seat for the rest of the season. They will also be required to complete another Driver Grading session.
- During the Race, if a Driver continuously abuses Track Limits, they will be disqualified from the Event and any points acquired from the Event will not be added onto their Championship total. This also applies to a Driver continuously breaking the rules and/or not showing proper Driving Etiquette throughout any session.
- An inexperienced Driver may be advised to sit out from an Event if the Officials believe they will be a major danger to others on circuit.
- Drivers found using the incorrect Rear Wing type(s) or measurements, found in APPENDIX "D", will be asked to change them before the next Event.
