GT 6 power limiter

When playing online I see guys using cars that I can't because it needs to be 600pp or less and I can only get is to 610pp, I can't get it low enough but they do. How do they do it?
The cars are Pescarolo C60 Hybride Judd 05 and the Mazda LM55 VGT

Add weight to drop your PP even more.

And also you can slide your Power Limiter down as well to get it to 600PP.

Other ways to affect PP: adding or removing installed engine upgrades and/or weight reduction, changing ballast position, changing oil (will raise PP because of the increase in power) or inversely, running high mileage without oil change (will lower PP because of the decrease in power).

This method only works if you have previously changed oil though (initially it's the oil boost that wears off). If not you will need to run the car until the oil goes bad, and that takes a long time.
