GT car redemption code problems

So I just got my PSP GT collectors edition game and tried the redemption codes.

Enzo, lambo, citroen, veyron all went fine.

My code for the nissan gtr is not working though. I have tried redoing it from the beginning multiple times and there is no way I am making a mistake but it refuses to accept it. It's really frustrating because this is the redemption code I want to use the most.

I bought it from ebgames in new zealand. It had the bugati in the box. The enzo on a bonus card. And the nissan, lambo and citroen on another bonus card. The bonus cards were not wrapped in anyway and therefore it seems like someone already used my nissan code.

I think you have to wait after 1st October the OFFICIAL release date. So Please do them after that, as well I think you might only get one.. if I am not mistaken.

Awesome. You might want to try taking the GT-R voucher back to EBGames and explain what happened. It's a long shot, but they might give you another one. If not, I would call Sony. Hope it gets resolved.

I just got my hands on a GTR code that shouldn't be used. Definitely not working for me either.

As I said in another thread, code wont work (in europe at least) before today at 15.00 CET or GMT not sure anymore. There's a link you can follow to the official sony cite that will tell you when you'll be able to use it.

I am in new zealand meaning the furthest time ahead in timezones and the game had been released here. I have succeeded with my other codes:

enzo (had it's own redemption card)
lambo (same card as nissan)
citroen (same card as nissan)
veyron (redemption card within box)
merc (online flash game)

Do you understand my situation fully and would you say that the nissan has it's own extended delay which I can see no reason for as the lambo and citroen worked.

Hey Pro Driver,

I got the same sort of setup (I'm in NZ too) as you (No Ferrari though ) and my GT-R code doesn't work either. All of the others work perfectly, but I can't get the Nissan to work. I've double and triple checked it and it just won't go.

I preordered through Mighty Ape by the way. Perhaps there's a problem that'll get fixed in time. Fingers crossed.

I believe I have found something that might help. It is the U.S. Sony site but should work.

I had a different problem with GT5 collectors edition. When I peeled off the sticker, a thin layer of paper came with it making part of the redemption code unreadable.

I downloaded them all from the Playstation store ant they all worked fine.

Just download it from the PS Store, you can access it directly from your PSP.

Actually if you have a EU account you'll also get the Red Mclaren.👍
But no Veryron.👎
