Has anyone seen the Release date on Amazon UK yet?
Though the Date hasn't been confirmed yet.

What do you think about it?

After all the waiting I can hardly believe it...

Burnout definitely doesn't cut it in the racing department.


would the PSP be able to handle a game like GT, wouldn't they have to reduce it to like 50 cars or something?

Quite possiby, Nurburgring might not fit on the disc. (or in the PSP's RAM)

But I do have to admit that F106 is a good game for the PSP.

I think PD will encorporate a demo of it into GT5. like in resistance where you connect your PSP and you get the mobile version of resistance.

Thats is so lame I got my PSP in march of 05 for this game and my psp is broken now. The monster named hype bit me in the ass on this one.

GT mobile is one of the reasons i got a PSP & GT5 is the reason i got a PS3 & neither game is out.

I hope we'll not only get plethora of add-on cars via DL packs, but that the community figures a way to edit those or even port GT3 or 4 cars into mobile(bet you ANYTHING it'll have alot in common with one of these engine and model-wise). Then my portable experience will be complete just like all of yours.

I personally don't really care what racing SIM we get as long as we get one sooner than later. McRae 05 was great, but rally is only fun for so long...

As long as it's not just a b-spec mode through the whole game I should be happy...

I also wouldn't mind if the game consisted of just time-trials or even 3 cars per race...

They crammed GT2 into 700mb so with the UMD capacity around 1.4gb we should get a pretty decent game. Especially considering that GT2 had over 600 cars. The graphics don't need to be extremely crisp - just look decent. And the PSP have a resolution way lower than a standard definition TV so that should save plenty of space. And I guess they could compress the game file. [like the very evil, naughty PSP hackers]

I wonder if Sony will release a limited edition system for GT Mobile like they did with Star Wars for the PSP. That would be great for me not owning a PSP anymore. Also I wonder if Gran Turismo 5 will release a limited edition PS3 system bundle. Does anyone have some input?
