GT-R R35 TC Drag tuning help needed.

I need help tuning my GT-R for 1/4 mile drag racing.
I've been messing with it for hours, but I can't seam to get the time under 9 seconds.
Need help with the following:
Gear ratios/top speed
Suspension
Torc ratio (front-back)

Exact values would be nice, but I just need help.
