New to GT Sport, not new to the Gran Turismo series.
Semi-new to this forum seeing as my first and only thread was made in 2013
Not sure if I am posting this in the right place or if any of these have been answered. Just picked up GT Sport from Amazon because it was on sale. I can honestly say that I am having a great time playing this game!! I own PC2 as well and I refuse to compare the two games (for the most part), however I do have a few questions related to the options of the game if anyone can provide any input! Bare with me...💡
1.) Can you include photo mode as a choice when you press start during a race? I can't find the option for this? Is it only possible to go into photo mode during a replay? If you cannot go into photo mode during a race does any one know if this will be added with an update? Seems pretty simple...
2.) Are there any options to clear elements of the HUD? For example can I clear the screen while racing so you only see the car and no other information?
3.) Are there any FOV options for the cockpit view of the vehicle other than the only 2 options available (height & front and back)? When I go into the options to edit the cockpit view... now I don't know quite how to explain this...... but when I adjust the front or back setting it seems when I go all the way back (setting 5) you can see the whole steering wheel and most of the center console, when I go back to racing it immediately switches back to a view where I can only see half of the steering wheel and almost nothing of the center console. When I return to the options again all my settings are saved and it goes back to the view with me being able to see the full wheel (most of it) and the center console? Anyone know if this is a glitch? Anyone have something similar happen to them?
4.) More of a convenience/aesthetic question. I am using a DS4 controller and have the controller set up to where I use R2/L2 for acceleration/braking.
When in the exterior view of the car is it not possible to look around the vehicle with the right stick? It seems that they put all this work into graphics and you can't even pan the camera around the car as you can do in PC2!!
. In addition to this, when in the cockpit view you can't even look around at your discretion. When I go to look at the shifter in the vehicle and hold the right stick down and to the right it automatically thinks I am trying to look behind me! Is there an option to fix this as you can already use L1 to look backward, no need to pair the right stick to this too! I would like to be able to look around the WHOLE cockpit. 
5.) Tire wear/ Fuel Consumption/ Mechanical Damage in GT League. I have not unlocked the endurance series yet so I am not sure if I will find what I am looking for in those races... However, from beginner league to professional series, is there no option to turn on tire wear/fuel consumption/mechanical damage? In which races are all these things turned on? Endurance Series? GT Sport?
6.)Maybe this is a stupid one.... where is the option to change the music? Or see all of the music tracks GT Sport has to offer?
7.) Is there an option to make the brakes more powerful on a car? For example, if I tune a supra to ~700HP, the car still has its stock brakes... I have to brake much earlier and harder... Is there an option to upgrade the brakes like in GT games of the past?
All in all, I think GT Sport is an excellent game!!
Ironically, what it might be lacking in the content realm it does not seem to make up in the option/customization realm
