Hi Guys just wanted to post something that I found out over the last couple of days, I'm not sure if anyone else has this issue but would be good to know if anyone has and how they resolved it.
So here goes.
I downloaded the GT sport Demo on 9th Oct and played it till the 12th, I did mange during this time to get: 663,000 credits , 11900 mileage points, and progressed to Lvl 19, I also managed to collect 7 cars during this time.
I had already pre-ordered the collector edition Game last Dec 2016 so when I read that all progress will be saved and added to the full game I was like nice 👍.
18th October arrived I went and collected my GT Sport from the shop and got home and started to install the game, I inserted the disc and followed the on screen prompts, well an hour or so went by and I received a message on the screen asking if I would like to transfer the progress from GT Sport Demo I SAID "HELL YEAH" and press X
Once all this had completed the game had installed I decided to input the DLC's (x2 codes) which I had received with the game.
I got messages saying 60 avatars, livery set, chrome helmets & 12 car pack + 2.500.000 credits had been downloaded and installed.
next my second code i entered gave me another 60 avatars, livery set chrome helmets & 6 car pack + 1.500.000 credits had downloaded and been installed.
So I was well pleased that I had received all the items + 4mill credits to start.
I knew also that my progress would have carried over so another 7 cars to add and 663k + all the golds I had completed during the demo period.
Well my issue is this I logged into the game to start playing found that I had the 4mill +663k = 4.6mill credits the two car packs with duplicate cars x3 Nissan GTR, Corvette c7 7 Toyota F VGT.
But here is the part I don't get my mileage points were at 5000 (not 11900 demo) and my Lvl was 0 (not 19)
All my gold s that I have received in the demo were missing.
So I was not happy at this point as I knew I would now have to start all over again golding driving school ,mission etc.
Not sure if you guys have the same as me but on my main menu (xmb) I have two GT Sport icons one for the game and one for the demo version, well last night I decided to log into the demo version of the game and once I had got into it I noticed that all my progress that I have done, including money, cars, mileage points and lvl were there.
But when I log into my full game version it is showing all the items from the game when I installed and my progress I have done so far.
So to me it looks like I have two GT Sport game running with the same PSN ID and they have two different contents.
Sorry guys to go on about this, I know its long but wanted to include as much info as i could just in-case anyone else had encountered this problem.
So anyone with any info that could shed light on this it would be appreciated.
