It's well known for some time now ... PD have blocked pit ins on other tracks, forgot about this one maybe.

Hahhaha crap, I was actually just wondering yesterday whether the "reverse pit before the start/finish" bug would work in a multiplayer race, but I didn't want to try it.
That's pretty bad, they'll have to fix that before more people catch on...

It was fixed, a little over two weeks ago, by blocking the pitlane entries in all Sport Mode races.

Oh, I can't believe that glitch works online too. I've used it to farm credits to buy all cars after getting frustrated with the gifting system giving me a bunch of duplicates. You gotta be a totally garbage person to use that online.

Not sure it was fixed during last update on Nov 3. Video below from Nov 13 shows some clown using exploit by backing into pit entry and into the barricade blocking the pits.

It wasn't fixed in an update - that's why it still exists offline.

The barricades for Sport Mode races were placed sometime around Friday November 10th. It's interesting that it still worked despite the barricades at Brands Hatch though.

You know it's a quick fix. You can't block pit entries forever ... and it should be fixed in all modes.
I for one find it annoying that top 10 boards are useless since.

I checked Brands Hatch Indy last night and the barricades are now much sooner in the pitlane - before the left-hand kink.

It shouldn't be possible to do this at all in Sport Mode any more after November 10th. The barricade solution was put in place just about within 24hr of it becoming more widely known.

Yea do we know if this was sports mode online or just online lobby? I tried it on an online lobby just now and the glitch still works. Havent really played Sports Mode a few days so have no idea if Nurburgring was one of the 3 tracks available.
