Evening Gents, Just returned from Goodwood, What a muddy humid day! Wasn't my favourite FOS by all means... But I have some GT Sport Information to share!

Good News is that GT Sport is present at Goodwood FOS this weekend, FIA have set up a Stand themselves displaying One Pod of GT Sport. At the time It was set at Brands Hatch GP with the Bugatti Vision GT Car. I decided to wait It out till lunch time and the stand became very quiet and I jumped on asked If I could change some settings and run a different track/car combo, I hoped on to Nurburgring cheekily & Tried the New Hyundai Genesis GR.3 Car as seen in the previous Off Screen Footage. I got my other half to film the lap so this will get uploaded to YouTube tomorrow as BT have screwed My Broadband yet again!

This Build was the latest one visible at E3 2016, Has the New Updated Lap Counter/Fastest Laps Displayed in the Bottom Left Hand Corner etc. & The Sounds in this Build felt a lot more stronger. The Demo also felt more stable which is great news. The Hyundai Handles great around the Ring and visually coming along quite nicely.

I asked the PlayStation Team about PD's Presence here this weekend and they informed me that they were on Site but Kaz is back as Base in Japan I believe.

There is also another 2 Pods Set Up at the VW Stand, These are Equipped to Celebrate VW's 40th Anniversary with the Golf GTI, So you can expect the Car Combo to be Fixed to this, Again same Build as above. Both Builds progressed along since the London Unveiling Event that a lot of us have attended. ITV were also Filming something which Included GT Sport which will be apparently be on UK TV but I have no details on when this will Air.

No other GT Sport Pods are set up anywhere at the Event from what I discovered but if you are about this Weekend head down to the Stands and check them out!

In some way it's a shame the VW pods are only celebrating the Golf's anniversary.
I was crossing fingers to see more of their GTS stable.

They may allow you to change Track as the Demo itself can be changed to whatever Car/Combo you'd like as the Demo itself Is Just the E3 2016 Build more or less. But due to how busy the Stand It I highly doubt it! You'll have more chance at the FIA Stand If It's quiet first thing!

I didn't get to play the game during my visit to the event today, however I did get a brief moment to record some offscreen gameplay of the VW Vision GT at Brands Hatch, as shown in the "Trailers" thread...

Tom
I certainly will be, at least for a little bit.
Fine with me! :D:tup:

Tom
There's a full report that will be live on GTPlanet's YouTube channel documenting the FoS at 22.00 BST tonight.

Great Report Tom! I didn't even get the chance to get Into the Drivers Club but later on in the Weekend I found out about It from one of my fellow people at Badger GP!

He's at Pikes Peak this weekend.

He was Indeed! I was mistaken! :)

weather day night dusk time? Marky?

No changes in Weather that could be selected on the Demo, All Preset Times of the Day on each of the tracks on the Demo but on the Full Game you can expect to pick between different times of the day as there will not be a Variable Day/Night Cycle.

Thank you kindly, I really appreciate that as it was an absolute blast to make!

Did anyone see the options for 'Standard' tyres? Comfort standard, sport standard and racing standard were all available along with the usual soft, medium and hard. I can't remember these being included in the build at the Copperbox, but please feel free to correct me.

Racing standards felt more grippy than hards. I didn't do enough laps on standards to comment any further on their grip or behaviour.
