GT TV Can't download videos?

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. In GT TV, I can add the videos to cart, but when I go to checkout, it says there are no videos to check out? I'm trying to download the free videos, but none of them work except for the GT-R Legend Videos, which you can play right away.

GTTV never worked for me for videos that need to be put in cart.
I guess it's because my game and the used account are from different regions.

GT TV is broken and has been for some time, at least in NTSC region.

It worked briefly for me (I got the E3 trailer), but now doesn't again.

It is the same for me. Only Gran Turismo videos download

Yes, hopefully this will be fixed soon. On that playstation board thread, the OP lists the Best Motoring episodes as $.99 each, but my GT TV lists them as free. Is this the same for everyone else?

I bought and downloaded teh Nurburgring videos yetserday, highly recommend, looked awsoem in HD.

Top Gear is gone, and what ever happened to parts 2 and 3 of ther Ferrari story, or is all content being held back for GT5?
