You can avoid taking two of the GT2 license tests (B and A) if you've passed them in GT1.Originally posted by T5-R
In GT1 you can transfer some of your licences (if you've got some) to GT2 but I think thats all.
Are those "books" different from normal "kiddie prizes". I thought you couldn't progress to next level of license until you'd cleared all your kiddie prizes, but perhaps that's just an unsubstantiated (and difficult-to-substantiate) rumour.Originally posted by pupik
Select Data Transfer with your GT1 game in Slot 2, and it will award 20 little green-and-yellow "books" in place of licence trophies. You still need to complete the other 40 tests to pass GT2.
Hmm... .3 to .5 seconds? Are they not sure, or do they really mean that if you get closer than that (.3) you won't get one?Kiddie medal:
The small green and yellow object on the status screen under licenses is a license award given if you miss the bronze medal by .3 to .5 seconds. The game is selective when awarding the medal and it may take several attempts to earn one.
Well, that page seemed a lot more interesting, until I tried to read it in detail and realized it is just a barely-edited compendium of many, many peoples' submissions.Originally posted by SportWagon
