i found a place online with a ps2 and i ordered it... i was wondering, for when i get my ps2, can u transfer licences from gt2 to gt3... because i really dont want to do those tests over again...

Doubtful. The GT3 and 4 license system works differently fro mthe original one. Besides, licenses are fun and easy

I'd really hesitate from purchasing things online if I were you, especially something as important as PS2! Last year i used Amazon.com and that's how I wound up getting a first edition copy of GT2...complete with bugs. Not only would my garage vanish, but the game had a nasty habit of freezing right in the middle of a race. Just something to think about. Personally, when I get my PS2, i'm getting brand spankin new with a warranty.
Yeah, those license tests aren't exactly fun (till you get to the point that you can earn silvers as easily as you can scratch your ass), but they sure do prepare you for the game. I guess they're not for everyone, tho.

just to let u know my ps2 is coming from circuit city so i can return it if it is screwed up... yea i cant get gold on any licence tests but the rally ones...
