Really hard to estimate. Technically speaking there's not that much important work anymore, mainly being just the events. Of course there's arcade mode stuff, menus & texturing and car sounds to worry about too, but the events really are the main big thing left to do.
Important Update: Bilinear Filtering, avoid setting this to Forced or this utter screen garbage will occur!!
Be sure to reset your emulation settings if something like this happens, people. It might just save you 15 hours of confusion. If only I found out sooner. 🤣
