gt3 drift i-link meet!

oo This should be cool a guy from my school is setting up a gt3 drift meet! up to 6 people hes inviting, he saw my vids and now he wants to go and i-link drift . Wonder if i can bring my Laptop(pc way to big) and my cap card over there to get some footy! Has anyone on this forum done a gt3 drift meet?

Me to, no one around here plays GT3, lett alone drifts. I need some other people to drift with.

Too much hassle, it's actually easier to set up a real drift meet than a GT3 drift meet!

Negative.
GT3, god bless it, only allows for normal car use in the I-Link battles for some reason, you also don't get any replays, it's just straight up racing with you and up to five other normal cars. If you're not convinced chec your game manual. I don't know why, and I hope that they fix this in GT4.

Hell, if I could find people up here, or even in my hometown to drift with, set up comps, etc. I'd be in heaven. But, no such luck.....Take ADVANTAGE of this!!!!!

I got my cars to upload when I I-linked. I have the American Greatest Hits Version. Make sure to load your garage, other than that, I dunno what the prob. is.

yoo can get an i-link cable at almost any gaming store or look for it online.

as far as the i-link drift battle, it's no use. for it has been stated already that you can't use any of your cars. only stock cars.

if you can get your cars to drift all synchronized that would be good. even if you cant use your garaged cars its still worth seeing. As of the reply..its possible to take footage of the race at hand. From my understanding..theres spectator mode with full camera control. So all you have to do is position the camera angle to focus on a hairpin corner..and have some 6 player sidways action. Just hook up a PC to the ps2 thats on spectator and use a capture card.
