i would really really like to see some body kit that you could buy on the net so you can put spoilers and all on your car or even a whole new body!! but what i would like to see the most is the ability to play it online and race ppl either for their money or cars or even just for the crack because then there could be a site or something that could be accessed just throught the gt* disc that shows:
world records
Records in your country
and even records in your own area
this would be absouletly amazing.
by the way can anyone tell me what a dsl connection is because all i got is a internet connection via phone line and im really worried that when the time comes for ps2 games to be played on the net i wont have the right equipment :-(

dsl is a type of broadband,  has speed any where from 10kps to somwhere in the hundreds of kps

u gotta pay for it each month from the provider

(cable modems are much faster though)

I have ADSL (digital subscriber line) hooked up to my network providing internet connections to Ten Computers.  All of the computers are getting download speeds of 468k and upload speads of 226k.  I would like to see a cable connection to that!  BTW-when the copper in your coax for your cable connection is corroded, you can come over to my house and use my DSL if you like.

To get set up with DSL or more commonly ADSL for Consumer use, you need:

1.)  ISP which offers ADSL in your area.  This service is commonly provided by your local telephone company.
2.)  A NIC (Network Interface Card) in your computer.
3.)  A ADSL modem.
4.)  And a ADSL router for multiple PC's to hook up to an existing LAN.

Equipment cost can run anywhere from $89-300 and monthly services from $30 to as high as $100 per month depending on the ISP and Service being provided.

Cable and ADSL are both good options, however, ADSL offers better security over the internet than cable.  :)
