GT3 Street Racing

I see there is one for GT2 but not GT3 except maybe the Japanese. Race thing. Anyway if anyone want to be in here are the rules.

1. Start off with 30,000 Cr.
2.Buy a car with that.
3. Race once a week on differnent tracks.
4.winner gets so many credits
5.Summit times
6. Side races are ok with me as long as you tell me about them.

any way the first race will be on May 13.

probally 10 or 11. and if you guys want less there'll be less if you want more than there'll be more. Also side races too.

Here are some updates:
1. Wheels and Car Washs dont deduct credits.
2.Cars can be make.
3.No racing slicks.

yah, its tight, but u would be surprised with the options u still have left. i kinda like that its only 30k. i think it will make it more competative. i actually had a tough time deciding how to spend my remaining credits on tuning options.

The reson for 30k is because I didn't want a bunch of super modded cars. So you gotta start at the bottom.

I'm off today (5-17-02) and I think I'll give it a go. info on vehicle to follow.

Ok, I sat down and ran five cars thru the wringer, I went right up to the 30k limit with each.
My two fastest:
Mazda MX-5 with a time of: 1:36.923 ...JBSchumacher or MR. P could probably pull another whole second off that. Handling was a bit wonky, but the narrowness of the car made up for that by allowing me to use more track width.

Lancer EVO 7 with 1:36.267 If I was more patient I might be able to get it into the 1:35's.

I did the mods, Ran 10 laps with each car. So the cars I tested toward the end benefitted from my knowing the track better.
If the Mustang SVT was cheaper It would win this with the right driver.

Yes, The Evo 7.
Update, I just couldn't be satisfied with my time so i knocked another half-second off for a time of: 1:35.836.
