Last week’s theme was "Braking" as chosen by week 23 winner 440 Charger and runner-up franz.

Further explanation of theme:
Show the car under heavy braking, whether it be glowing red brake discs, or a lot of front body pitch/roll, or even smoking tires.

Tips for the entrants: Be creative. Submit high quality, clear, and vibrant images that catch the eye. I would suppose that a clear, crisp, and vibrant subject with a motion blurry background would give you a better chance of making the top 10. Oh yeah, and HAVE FUN!

Vr6's picture of the Volvo doing a face plant really brings some comic relief to this poll. As I was scrolling down I really wasn't expecting that picture to be so different and hilarious compared to the others. It's typical vr6, and it's got my vote.

wow... i didnt even make the honorable mentions or even the mentions for that matter... i didnt even know there was just plain mentions... its funny my picture looks just like the subaru one, same location and everything! except mine was a skyline of coarse. just cant believe i got my ass whooped by the volvo man! maybe next week! good luck. the wrx race car has my vote cuz it looks a lot like the pic i entered haha!👍

I struggle between VR6 and TF
TF's is super clean but a bit lack of braking sensation
VR6's has nice sparks and body roll
this is what braking should be
I guess 440 would agree that more or less

Hehe, ordinarily there aren't 'mentions' but 440 gave me a list of people who almost made the poll (HMs) and also a list of people who almost made the HMs.

(off topic) Why is that stupid volvo so loved? I'm talking about the car and not the shot, because that is really great! 👍 I just don't get all thos volvo glt fans. It's ugly, damn slow and it's suspension is as soft as a donut...
