This week’s theme will be "License to Thrill" as chosen by week 27 winner SlipZtrEm.

Further explanation of theme:
Only shots from license replays may be submitted, not a garage car that happens to be on the same track. Also, I want to see excitement, though you may interpret that however you see fit!

Also include in your post the License Test from which the photo was taken.

Post your final entry in red letters. Such as “Final Entry”
A preview image may be used, but it may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels by either photo orientation.
You may have two honorable mentions if a preview image is not used.
You may change your Final Entry once. If if you do so, please edit your original entry make a new post linking to it.
Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
Do not post more than three photos in this thread.
Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack and have the thumbnail picture.

Sharpen tool
Burn tool
Dodge Tool
Blur tool
Smudge tool
Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark)
[Note:No plug-ins for any of the above adjustments or filters are to be used]


You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image

I'm looking forward to what people cook up for this, since it it does impose a fair bit of limitations. Also, as an aside, if people could name which test they shot, that'd be excellent 👍
 
ive an idea ... hopefully the pace car doesnt mind ;)

out of random curiousity, in one version, s16 is the sauber c9 at nordschiele while other version got a less interesting old dtm touring car ... do we have to stick to which ever version we have has?
 
This is an interesting theme. Sounds like fun, venturing into the license tests of old. Something I have not done since I first sat down to play the game. This may inspire me to get all golds in the license tests.

Bear in mind that the Super licence tests do offer 16 entire tracks to work with, most with photogenic race cars.
 
Yeah that's very good TF! Very essence of lisence tests. 👍 I haven't done these tests since almost a year ago, need to go back and see what's in there. But that shot will be hard to top. :nervous:

Dangit treefingers! I knew I should have got my entry in last night! I had almost the exact same shot taken, and planned to submit it. Although, I do have another one I could use, that was the one I really wanted to submit. But oh well.:indiff:

Actually i want to take a better shot from there, i just wanted to get that shot in first. :)

It is almost the exact same shot. The same exact cone is in front of the camera and the car is in almost the exact same position. I have an opposite tilt to the picture and mine is in portratit orientation. But other than that, it's close.

This is not a final entry, just showing how close tf's and my pictures were.

 
lol, thats funny. Both shots are very close considering. The camera angle is almost exactly the same.
You can use whatever shot you want 440. I dont have a monopoly on pics from that license test. I just wanted to post my pic so it didnt look like i was using someone elses idea, but I know you wouldnt do that.

Oh, it's no big deal. I will be plenty capable of capturing another shot. I was just kind of like, WHAT! The exact same shot! I'll be sure to get something else.
 
This was a fun comp. I decided that this was my best out of many pics spanning four different tests.
