It's all about opinion of the person who chooses the top 20 for the week. One picture that doesn't look good to one person may look amazing to another. I know you can't use the same picture for next weeks entry and such, but hypothetically if you chose your same picture for your final entry, but a different person was choosing, it might have been chosen. Some people may look for beauty, or some may look for the best representation of the theme, or a combo of both.
