gt4 ps2 file corrupt

so i was done 90% of the game and i had two more 24 hours races to do... so i thought that i would just leave it playing overnight in B spec, and everything should be fine.

so i come home after work and turn on the tv to see if its playing, and Thomas the tank engine DVD is playing 🤬 ,,, turns out my baby bro wanted to watch his dvd so he opened up the ps2 and pope in the thomas dvd ... lol

so i put GT4 back in ... and my file is corrupt
so my question is what can be done to make my file uncorrupt lol... is there anyway to fix it???

if there is no way to fix it then good thing i made a second copy of my file when i was at 60%.. its inside my friends memory card.
