GT4/PS3 with more than 1 game file

Does anyone know if you can have more than 1 file on a PS3 (Hard drive) for GT4.
Here's what I do know
1. All files for the game no matter what the file name or how much of the game is complete is (sub-file name) where data is located BASCUS-9732847414D4544415441.rar

2 When you try to put more than one file on a flash drive it will overwrite the one thats on the drive

3 When you first start GT4 you give a name (mines opelgt) which is the name when you play the game. As far as I can tell only one name is allowed in the game.

yes you can, you need to make a new ps3 internal memory card apart from your current internal memory card. after you've done this go to the options for the new memory card and assign it to slot 1. make sure there is no GT4 file on it and start up the game. there you go

When you load the game does it always go to slot #1 if so how do you go from one internal memory card to the second memory card.

yes it always loads from slot #1 i think if you hold the ps button and choose assign slots you may bbe able to switch between games but i am not sure

edit: i just tried and yes if you have two seperate internal memory cards you can hold the ps button and assign either one to slot #1 while in game

Thanks for the help I'll go try it out.
It worked thanks as for anyone else trying to do this I had to go to the very first screen on the game to assign slots.
